Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DriveAura UAE, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at driveaurauae.store@gmail.com or call +971 54 436 7012.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
